This yoga and Ayurveda retreat at Ojas Spa and wellness is a great opportunity to reconnect with one’s body and mind whilst experiencing the magical Beauty of Saint Lucia. This retreat is flexible for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Enjoy traditional monsoon Ayurvedic therapies or massages and deep relaxation sessions while discovering the benefits of yoga and meditation in the cacophony of nature of the Island

The price of this retreat includes daily sattvic vegetarian brunch and dinner with a tea break accompanied by a light snack in between. Enjoy a healthy selection of balanced meals made by the cook.

Program

Start the day with pranayama and meditation sessions. Deepen your yoga practice on a daily basis for five days, working on the primary series and moving on to the advanced set of postures.

Learn more about asanas, anatomy, and perfect certain postures during the afternoon workshops. Relax deeply and restore both your body and mind with yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.

The daily schedule is subject to change as per conditions. This retreat might be running in parallel with other retreats.

 

Program on all days

  • 6:30 AM Pranayama or asanas 

  • 8:30 AM Breakfast and free time

  • 9:30 AM Theory, Yoga Philosophy and Ayurvedic treatments

  • 11:45 AM Guided meditation and deep relaxations

  • 1:00 PM Lunch and free time/Beach Time

  • 2:30 PM Naturopathy/ Ayurvedic consultations/ Natural - Self Healing Therapies

  • 4:00 PM Asanas (yoga posture corrections) and Pranayama

  • 7:00 PM Dinner 

  • Tour Activities will be Decide Based on the Schedule during the week
